This is the worst website. The customer service is some automated situation. And they keep sending conflicting emails as to whether it’s “processed” or “refunded”! You can get jeans and bodysuits in a hundred other places!

It took a week and a half for my order to ship (they say 1-3 business days on their site). Once it did ship I received the order in an additional 3 days. I ordered two pairs of shoes and they both ended up being too small even though I’d ordered a size larger than normal. I reordered and sized up another size which I’ve never had to do for shoes before. The color from one pair was WAY lighter than it appears on their e-commerce and also on their social. I almost wondered if I received a sample or the wrong color. The shoe box for one was pretty smashed. They charge $5 for returns and even to exchange for size which was a little crappy. Most companies will waive the fee if you’re doing a size exchange. Not sure if I will order from them again due to the shipping time and also the inconsistent sizing. Especially if I have to pay to change sizes every time.

Amazing jeans! Best jeans I’ve ever owned! Superior quality don’t miss out! Even tops, dresses and skirts are so beautifully made! The only thing they need to fix is better contact for customer service. That’s my only complaint. Everything is true to size I’m a 16 and I order 16 or 4 for xl ;)

The jeans are a terrible fit. They look great when you try them on but after wearing them for an hour, they stretch, bag and sag. I spent a day walking around, hiking them up every 2 mins. I tried to return two other pairs that I had purchased after realizing how terrible they were after wearing the first pair and the return postage they gave me did not cover the cost of returning the jeans. Then there's no number for customer service, all done online via forms. All around terrible product with horrible customer service.

Customer service nothing short of HELL. I've tried to reach them on email, Instagram, Facebook. I ordered in late October 2020, and i finally received my jeans for the second time with the wrong size. I am so frustrated. They need a phone number so i can explain the issue i have, but they dont seem to have one. I end up explaining myself over and over and over again, and it is so frustrating. They sent my order to a woman in another state, and i have never lived there nor visited there, and still, they dont understand what im telling them. so awful. Jeans run big, and i need a smaller size.

Contrary to many online, the jeans from this place are actually pretty nice. I'm so happy with the quality of her jeans. I thought the prices were insane at first but honestly, it's so worth it. I'd definetely recommend them to anyone and ask them to order a pair. I own three jeans from them now!

The private part of the joint is killing me. Very rough and unusual bigger than regular jeans. Very terrible manufacturing. None sense of labor skills. I just sent an email to complained about the middle part of the joint problem. I hope they will give good advice for me because I already took off the tag, but I did not wear it out. Only trying at home and noticed the terrible problem I have ever have in my life.
